THE POSITION
Expandi is seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team.
In this position you will be responsible for managing the onboarding and implementation part of the customer journey at Expandi. You will focus on pre-sales and post-sales onboarding activities for white labels, agencies, and companies. Your primary goal will be to increase the time-to-value rate for new customers and prospects.
You will work closely with marketing, support, customer success, product, and sales to ensure that we can scale the process by onboarding multiple accounts via interactive events such as live demos and product webinars. Furthermore you will be the responsible person at Expandi and the point of contact for the assigned customers at Expandi in terms of communication with regard to all client-facing activities. You will report to the Head of Customer Success and Support.
Job requirements
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the end-to-end onboarding process for prospects and new customers, ensuring that they have a smooth and successful transition onto the platform.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand the in-app product onboarding and how to enhance it with a personal approach
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer requirements and customize the onboarding process as needed.
Manage the set-up and configuration of customer accounts, ensuring that all settings and integrations are properly configured to the customers' needs.
Provide training to new customers on how to use our platform, including product demos, live webinars, best practices, and strategic guidance on maximizing value.
Be responsible for Customer Satisfaction, product adoption, and value realization during onboarding.
As the main point of contact during onboarding, act as a trusted partner to your customers to better understand their needs, answer customer questions, and help them achieve their goals.
Engage and share learnings across the wider Customer Success team.
Identify and escalate any challenges or roadblocks that prevent a successful onboarding and work cross-functionally with teams to resolve them.
Create and maintain onboarding documentation, including product guides, training materials, as well as CRM records.
Serve as a key voice of our customers to our internal teams - including Product, Sales, and Leadership - and partner with other teams to drive best-in-class customer experiences.
